We started the new Moorwood Moor Angling Club last year it is situated at Moorwood Moor South Wingfield Derbyshire. There are two lakes containing Roach,Rudd, Tench, Bream, Chub and Carp. We have laid slabs on most of the pegs and planted lilies and iris as water features. There are no day tickets but members can take a guest on a guest ticket.At the moment we are creating a third pond to be used as a stocking pond so we have a stocking programme for the future. The headquarters are at Butterley Reservoir (Ripley) with additional members only venues at Coppice Lake (Nr Ilkeston) and R Derwent near Whatstandwell.
Day tickets are available at Butterley Reservoir only, memberships available from all local Tackle Shops and Bailiffs at Butterley. For Butterley Reservoir follow signs for Midland Railway Centre.
