A clean, well cared for and managed fishery comprising of two separate lakes totaling 5 acres, up to 13 meters deep, within private land of approximately 20 acres, set in a valley in the countryside at the foot of the Lancashire Pennines.
These waters are supplied by natural spring water sourced from catchments of 175 acres. A wooded heather moorland is the backdrop for this noted Big Trout Fishery. Domestic fowl and wild life add to this rural setting. The excellent tarmac car parking facility is situated between the two lakes which allows good access to all banks around both waters.
